FIVE FACTS FROM THE SOURCE (Embedded):
EX: The article cites Maria Nikolajeva, a professor of at Cambridge, as saying that Bella does not "in any way promote independent thinking or personal development" in women, instead portraying a woman "meek and willing to do anything for her vampire boyfriend" (POV).
As said befor, Hitler was only raised into antisemetic views and was not born racist as said by the author "Adolf Hitler, murderer of millions, master of destruction and organized insanity, did not come into the world as a monster. He was not sent to earth by the devil, nor was he sent by heaven... At half past six on the evening of April 20th, 1889 an innocent child was born in the small town of Braunau Am Inn, Austria" (Louis Bulow).
It was no surprise that the city of Vienna only brought dissapointment and anger "To fulfil his dream, Hitler in 1909 moved to Vienna, the capital of Austria, where the Academy of Arts was located. To his own surprise he failed to get admission. Within a year he was living in homeless shelters and eating at charity soup-kitchens. He spent his time reading anti-Semitic tabloids and pamphlets available at the newsstands and at local coffee shops" and in time, Hitler would blame his failures on the most attacked minority group in Vienna's antisemetic newspapers (Louis Bulow).
Hitler was fully responsible for the order for the mass executions in Poland in 1939 and 1940 and "He was also actively engaged in setting up plans for a Jewish reservation in Poland and he backed the Madagascar plan. He was continually preoccupied with further deportations and deportation plans. In 1941 Hitler ordered the extermination of the Jewish-Bolshevist intelligentsia and the elimination of every potential enemy in the occupied Eastern territories. He was fully aware of mass executions of Jewish civilians in these territories" (Louis Bulow).
In Germany concentration camps were set up after 1933 to detain without legal procedure and attacked the "Jews, Communists, Gypsies, homosexuals, and others. During World War II extermination, or death, camps were established for the sole purpose of killing men, women, and children... also interned during the war, and a large proportion died of gross mistreatment, malnutrition, and disease" (Louis Bulow).
Their is no doubt that due to Hitler's actions "The Holocaust represents 11 million lives that abruptly ended, the extermination of people not for who they were but for what they were" (Louis Bulow).

Summary of Source (Three-Four Sentences of the Who, What, Where, Why, and How in your own words.

Louis Bülow first gives a brief biography of Adolf Hitler and his upbringings throughout the time he was a child to his days in Vienna.  Then they give a brief description about the Nazis' plans to "cleanse Europe" which involved a massive genocide.  Information is given on the death toll of the Holocaust victims and in the end, the author mentions the Nazis' downfall.
Credibility of Source: Author or Site: Who is the author? What training have they had? If there is no author, examine the site. What is the purpose of the site? Who funds the site?

The author doesn't give much private information but they do specialize in informing readers about the Holocaust.

Attachment: Does the author or site have anything to gain from writing this, or is it simply informative? For example, is it a cigarette business posting an article about the benefit of cigarettes, or is it a scientific community unaffiliated with the cigarette business?

It is just an informative site mainly about the Holocaust.

Bias: Do you detect a bias (a favoring of either side) in the author's writing?

In the beginning, the author gave an unbiased view, however from the middle to the end the author was more against Hitler and the Nazis.

References: Does the author cite references in the writing? If so, do these add or take away from the credibility?

The author doesn't site any references.

Use of Source: How will you use this source in your project?

I plan to use this source as a counterargument. I will first describe the severity and the cruelty of the Holocaust before I go any further describing my topic. I hope that this source makes my argument stronger and less confusing.
